SRW provided complete architectural and engineering services for this project. The redevelopment and program modification of this building required 28 new residential units and 4 new commercial units. The challenge was to design within the existing constraints of this abandoned building despite an economic recession which placed the project on hold, and the financial restructuring of the project which required new programmatic changes.  SRW made the adjustments to the new program requirements and incorporated the requirements from the new building and energy codes to achieve the architecture and engineering design and construction requirements.


SRW is providing full service architectural and engineering services for this new high-rise building consisting of ground level commercial space, residential units on the upper floors, parking and outdoor spaces as an amenity.
